Local game data and diagnostics
The game stores progress, scores, unlocks, cosmetics, settings, tutorial state, a resumable run, and a cached Remove Ads entitlement locally. It also keeps bounded local play-event and error records. NoBait Games does not automatically receive these records and does not run a player-account or remote gameplay-analytics service for this app.
You can export your save and diagnostics, import a save, and reset data in Privacy & About or Settings. Exports may contain progress, app version, and recent technical errors; review them before sharing. If you send them to support, we receive the information and attachments you choose to send. Internal test builds can include additional bounded ad-status diagnostics; Production builds exclude those developer diagnostics.
Advertising and consent
When enabled, Gate Legion uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). The app requests ads only when UMP reports that ads may be requested. Where required and configured for your region, UMP presents privacy choices. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Core gameplay remains available if consent or advertising services are unavailable.
The app requests non-personalised ads. Google can still collect or share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information, and device or account-related identifiers for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. The Android app removes the advertising-ID and Android AdServices ID, Attribution, and Topics permissions; that does not prevent other identifiers or technical information from being processed.
Google SDK components may start with the native app; we do not claim that every SDK or store network operation waits for the app's ad-consent check. Google processes information under its own policies and may process it outside your country. See Google's Privacy Policy, Google's partner-data explanation, and Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure.
Rewarded ads start when you choose to watch one for an extra upgrade choice. A reward requires the ad's earned-reward result; cancelling without it does not grant the bonus. Automatic interstitials are restricted to eligible breaks after campaign results. Remove Ads owners receive the optional bonus choice without an ad and do not receive automatic ads. Ad availability can vary with consent, connectivity, region, and Google's services.
Purchases and app stores
Android purchases and restoration use Google Play Billing. The app queries product prices and current ownership, and uses store transaction identifiers or purchase tokens to acknowledge and check a completed non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. NoBait Games does not receive payment-card details and does not send these tokens to a publisher-operated receipt server. Purchase/account information is also handled by the store under its own rules.
Restoring a purchase checks the relevant store account. Resetting a local entitlement does not cancel or refund a store purchase. Contact the store for its purchase history and refund controls. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Retention, deletion, and support
Local records remain until the app replaces them, you reset them, or app data is removed. Full Reset clears the app's local data; uninstalling normally removes its sandbox. Exported copies and operating-system backups are separate. Android app backup is disabled in the app manifest.
We cannot remotely erase a save held only on your device. To ask about information you have sent to support, contact [email protected]. We use support correspondence to respond and keep records needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Google controls its own retention and deletion processes; local reset does not erase their records. Your privacy rights depend on your location, and you may contact your relevant privacy regulator.
Players aged 13 and over
Gate Legion's intended audience is players aged 13 and over; it is not intended for children under 13. The game does not request a date of birth or create an age profile. This audience statement is not an in-app age-verification system. If a child has sent personal information directly to NoBait Games, a parent or guardian can contact us to request assistance. Regional consent requirements and the privacy choices provided by Google may differ.
Security and updates
Local app storage is protected by the device's operating system. Google describes its Mobile Ads data transfers as encrypted in transit. Keep your device and exported files secure; no system can guarantee absolute security. We update this policy when the app's practices change and update the effective date above.
